Everything about the hotel, especially the locating is next...

Everything about the hotel, especially the locating is next to the sea and it's surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. I would like to thank mister Mohammed Aljahdli , and the girl actually forgot her name (receptionists), they were so helpful to us and trying their best to let us feel happy during our stay.. Looking forward visiting the hotel next time..

comfortable clean and cosy.

an incident happened which it should never have happened to me or anyone on the checkout day while I was sleeping in my room a couple entered the room with the key which was issued down from the reception. I should have talked with the manager but the receptionist apologized for me and I was in shock of what happens that I backed my stuff and left immediately. I was pissed and confused of what happened and didn't know what to do but to leave earlier.

What was the highlight of Crown Town Hotel

OK hotel - definitely NOT fabulous.

The support staff (helpers, housekeeping) were wonderful - pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about the facilities. Affordable. Shower water temperature was excellent - good facilities inside the room. The rooms were well looked-after - clean, nothing broken.

Reception & restaurant staff could be a bit more attentive - they seemed busy with chatting and watching football while checking me into a smokey room (I had requested for a smoke-free room multiple times) and then downgraded my room to a single bed (that's all they had that night) which was noisy from surrounding rooms and the gym - the elliptical machine was banging against my wall since 5.30am!. At the restaurant, there was none to make eggs or for buffet refills because it was 9.30am? I felt they didn't care much. Breakfast was OK, nothing special - but I guess you get what you pay for. The whole room is carpeted and they are a bit moldy and very old. Not very comfortable.

good hotel for a short stay

* Location is amazing and close to beach. * Front desk were excellent * enjoyed the big screen in the 6th floor showing the world cup * breakfast was good * recommend for someone staying for a long stay and would like to avoid traffic

* the housekeeping never responded to my requests, I waited for 2 days without getting a towel, ended up going down stairs to get them * you can hear noise easily between rooms * laundry was closed first 2 days of eid

Staff was very friendly and tried their best to make our stay pleasant

It isn’t a hotel that meets western standards. The staff is very friendly and is trying to do their best but I would not recommend this hotel for people from the west especially not during Ramadan.

And older hotel with antiquated furniture and in not a appealing location. It was booked for us through friends. We rather would recommend booking an international known hotel in Jeddah like the intercontinental or Sheraton or Sofitel all of them located at the corniche and where you have a great view to the Red Sea

Overall good hotel but I’ll not go back because of their behavior.

Nice staff, generally clean, tea and coffee kettle available for free at the room, location is excellent if you plan to visit the corniche and old city of Jeddah (Balad), free WiFi and gem are available although I didn’t use. Breakfast was good.

The thing annoyed me much is that they report to Booking.com that I cancelled my reservation while I’m staying at the hotel (?!). Towels seems old and detergent saturated. No nearby grocery or restaurants.

The hotel experience was great.

The hotel experience was great. After checking out, I forgot my ring in the room. I came back later and with the help of the staff I was able retain it. The staff were very friendly especially the receptionists.

Unforgettable stay in jeddah

Excellent open view for the sea. Its closeness to main roads in jeddah so you can reach any place max 15 min with car. Modern furniture, comfortable beds, available parking places. Marvelous breakfast buffet with wide variety of fresh items. The hotel lies in a very elite district, very quiet for comfortable sleeping. I wanna visit it again.

No nearby groceries, BUT it just needs 2 minutes by car to reach one. More TV channels needs to be installed on TV or to get separate receiver for each TV as alot of hotels do.
